What’s Not Covered by This Warranty
This warranty doesn’t cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage from external forces or improper use
Neglect, misuse, or cosmetic wear
Damage caused by improper care or cleaning
Overstretching the fabric or closures
Lost or stolen items
Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Ferdia
Equine
If the product has been tampered with or mishandled, the warranty becomes void.
Replacing Defective Products
If your Ferdia Equine product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it with
the same style. If that’s not available, we’ll offer a similar option. For discounted purchases,
you’ll receive a replacement equal to the price you paid. Discontinued items from authorized
retailers are not covered under this warranty. If the product passes inspection and isn't
deemed defective, it will be returned to you at your cost.
Any replacement product will carry the remainder of the original two-year warranty, from the
date of the first purchase.
Additional Guarantees and Your Rights
This warranty is separate from Ferdia Equine’s 3-year waterproof and breathability
guarantee on select products. For more info, check out our Turnout Guarantee.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this warranty.
How to Make a Claim
To start a warranty claim, contact the retailer where you purchased your Ferdia Equine
product. You’ll need:
Proof of purchase with retailer and date clearly shown
Product description
Clear photos of the entire product and the damaged area
Batch Number ID
Shipping address
Contact details (phone number or email)
A brief explanation of what happened
In some cases, Ferdia Equine may request that you return the product for further inspection.
You’ll be responsible for shipping the product, which must be clean and dry. If your claim is
approved, Ferdia Equine will send a replacement, covering shipping costs.
If you bought your product directly from www.ferdiaequine.com, use our contact form to
submit the necessary details along with your order number. Our team will review your claim
and determine if it qualifies under the warranty.
